Depot Repair

When equipment becomes defective, replacing it with a new model isn’t always (economically) feasible.  For our cost conscious customers, we offer repair and refurbishment services designed to prolong the life of your good. The process is simple. You send us the defective equipment…we’ll diagnose the problem, fix it, and send it back to you “almost” as good as new.  Each order includes a failure report outlining the problem and the services performed to get your property back up and running. Our highly certified technicians have the knowledge, experience, and capabilities to provide quality service with the highest degree of care.

Advanced Exchange Program

Designed to provide a more complete solution for your company’s requirements. If a piece of equipment breaks down, send it to us, we’ll gladly exchange your defective unit for a refurbished unit currently in stock at minimum cost.
